1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of veloradistrict.shop and any order you place on it. Velora District is an online retailer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, selling online across India. By placing an order you accept these terms as they stand on the day of the order.
2. Your account and fair use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact number you give us, and for keeping your account credentials to yourself. You agree not to scrape, resell or republish our listings, photographs or specification tables, and not to place orders you do not intend to accept.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is by UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery only; we do not accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal. This shop trades below the GST registration threshold, so we do not charge GST and do not issue a GST invoice. Prices may change without notice, but never after an order is confirmed.
4. Orders and our right to decline
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where stock has run out, where a listed price was clearly wrong, where the delivery address is outside our courier network, or where we suspect fraud. A declined order is refunded in full.
5. What these products are, and are not
We sell hardware: cabinet pulls and knobs, door knobs, levers and locks, hinges, hooks, adhesive mounting strips and fasteners. We do not carry out installation, we do not provide a carpentry or locksmith service, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a part will fit a particular door, drawer or frame. Fit depends on existing hole spacing, door thickness and material, all of which are yours to measure before ordering.
6. Safe use
Locks, latches and punching or riveting tools have moving or sharp parts and must be kept away from children. Adhesive strips hold to the weight stated on the listing, and only on a clean and sound surface; what you choose to hang from one is your responsibility. Follow the instruction sheet before first use.
7. Intellectual property
The text, photography, specification tables and layout of this site belong to Velora District. Any product name used only to describe a mechanism or a fitting is descriptive and implies no association with, or authorisation from, any third party.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We add no warranty of our own through this shop; where a product page states a manufacturer warranty, that warranty applies on its own terms. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
