What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹999; a flat ₹49 below that. We dispatch in 1-2 business days and the courier takes 2-4 business days to metro addresses, 4-8 business days elsewhere in India.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal.
How do I know a handle will fit my drawer?
Measure centre-to-centre: the distance from the middle of one fixing hole to the middle of the next. That figure, not the overall length, decides whether a pull lines up with holes that are already drilled. We list centre-to-centre spacing, projection and the screw lengths supplied — and we would rather lose the sale than let you order on the wrong number.
Do you fit any of this for me?
No. Everything here is supplied as hardware: pulls, knobs, locks, hinges, hooks, adhesive strips and fasteners, with the screws stated on the listing. We do not carry out installation and we are not a carpentry or locksmith service.
Can I return something that did not work for me?
Within 10 days of delivery, yes — but only if it is unused and in its original packaging. A pull that has been fitted, or a lock that has been drilled for, cannot be resold, and we cannot accept a return simply because a part did not line up with holes that were never measured.
Is there a warranty?
We add no warranty of our own through this shop. Where a product page states a manufacturer warranty, that warranty applies on its own terms. What is covered here is an item that arrives damaged, wrong or short of its listed contents: contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and its contents, an unboxing video is strongly recommended, and we arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment the courier scans the parcel. If it stops moving for two working days, write to us and we will chase the hub.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Velora District is online-only; the address on our invoices is our business and order fulfilment address, not a counter, so there is nothing to visit or collect from.
